The Lambsters rooftop with a view over the Twin Cities

Our story

Pakhair Raghle. You're welcome here.

Whole lamb dumpukht served on Kabuli pulao

Since day one

Lamb, done properly, is worth the wait

The Lambsters started with one simple belief: lamb, done properly, is worth the wait. From slow-cooked dumpukht that rests for hours to Shinwari karahi fired up to order, every dish on our menu is built around premium cuts, honest spices and the patience of traditional cooking.

Our roots are in the Pashtun dastarkhwan – where a guest is welcomed with Pakhair Raghle and the table never empties. We brought that hospitality to the seventh floor of The Ark Plaza in I-8 Markaz, added charcoal grills, the flavours of Beirut, a few Continental and Chinese favourites, and a rooftop with a 360° view across the Twin Cities.

Whether it’s a family platter for ten, a quiet dinner for two or a late-night karak after the city has gone to sleep, we’re open until 3 AM – and there’s always a seat for you.

Cooked the slow way

Dumpukht rests for hours in its own juices. Karahi is fired to order. Kababs go straight onto real charcoal.

Pashtun hospitality

Pakhair Raghle – you are welcome here. Big tables, generous platters and a team that treats you like family.
